James Stringer
Co-CEO
An entrepreneur with a passion for learning and personal development, James was one of the early pioneers in the executive coaching industry. Developing sales and leadership programmes for some of Europe’s leading corporations, he won the confidence of many senior decision makers and became highly sought after as an inspiring speaker and coach.
James’ career has included being a top performer in Information Technology sales, one of the executive management team that grew RBR Networks into Europe’s leading Cisco distributor with annual revenues of US$450 million, and the co-founder of a number of start-ups including a U.S. based medical device company. He has coached and trained executives, doctors, salespeople, medical and IT staff throughout the world, living in the United States for six years and Asia for three years.
James is a Henley Business School accredited coach and holds a Certificate in Applied Neuroscience. He is also certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a 5th Dan instructor in Aikido.
Andrew Hambly-Smith

Andrew is one of Europe’s leading coaches of impactful, personal communication with life-long experience in the field. For the past 20 years he has been working on leadership development with high profile organisations across public and private sectors, from the UK Ministry of Defence and Cabinet Office to global brands.
Andrew holds a Certificate in Applied Neuroscience and is as comfortable coaching Permanent Secretaries and University Vice-Chancellors as he is CEOs and all levels of corporate management. Initially training at London’s Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Andrew forged a successful career as a professional opera singer and actor. Working with internationally renowned artists, directors and producers of stage and television, in opera and later in musicals, he performed the title role in Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera in Vienna.
Andrew draws on his unique talents and experience to help CEOs, Board Directors and top teams transform their personal communication and create sustained changes in behaviour, performance and impact, especially under extreme pressure.
Professor Christine Le Scanff, Ph.D.
Head of Research & Programme Development
Christine is Professor of Psychology and the Dean of the Sports Sciences Faculty at the University of Paris South. She is a recognised leader in the psychological determinant of stress, coping, emotional regulation and risk taking.
The author of seven books, of which some are standard texts in the French sports science curriculum, Christine advises world leading organisations on performance enhancement and mental toughness. She has also been involved with three Olympic Games, coaching athletes who have progressed to win Gold medals.
Christine’s outstanding career has also included being a dancer, a physical education teacher, and a teacher of Aikido and yoga. She is a role model for both academic and physical achievement at the highest level, a rare accomplishment. Christine was recently awarded the Légion d’honneur, France’s highest accolade, for her services to education.
Bridget Rosser
Executive Coach and DISC Advanced Communication Trainer
Bridget has a wealth of experience of working at Board and Executive level with expertise spanning organisational and leadership development, employee engagement and retention, and executive coaching and mentoring.
Beginning her career in the health and fitness sector, Bridget quickly excelled in the high-pressure environment of membership sales, and was identified for the management fast track to Group Director level. Her talent for managing and motivating others with a results-focused style saw her career progress rapidly, during which Bridget worked for some of the industry leaders including Espree, Holmes Place, and Champneys.
Bridget has since worked across a diverse range of organisations, as a senior management level mentor and more recently as an executive coach. Having managed large, high performing teams she understands the challenges of creating and maintaining cohesive, motivated and focused teams. Bridget is a certified trainer of the DISC model for advanced communication and a member of the Gloucestershire NHS Trust Coaching Faculty.
